When can I pick up my order?
Orders placed by 08:00 are ready the same day from 16:00. Orders placed after 08:00 are ready the next day from 16:00. You choose the day that suits you at checkout.
Do I pay online?
No. You pay at the counter when you collect — cash or card. Your receipt is issued at the till.
Can I order before I arrive on holiday?
Yes! Choose a pickup day up to two weeks ahead and your groceries will be waiting for you.
Do you deliver?
At the moment online orders are collected from the shop only.
What if something is out of stock?
We will call you to find a similar product, or remove it from your order. You only pay for what you collect.
Can I buy alcohol?
Yes, if you are 18 or older. We may ask for ID when you collect.
Products sold by the kilo?
The price shown is per kilo. We weigh your items when we pack them and you pay the exact weight.
